These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrimStack, operated by Polsia Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using TrimStack, you agree to these Terms.
TrimStack is a SaaS spend intelligence tool. You can upload transaction CSV exports from bank accounts, credit cards, or accounting software, and TrimStack will identify recurring software subscriptions and generate a savings report.
You may use TrimStack's core scan feature without creating an account. Your CSV is processed in-memory and never stored. A sharable report is generated and accessible via a unique URL for 30 days.
Paid features (ongoing monitoring, dashboard, renewal alerts) require a subscription. Pricing is displayed at trimstack.co/plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to TrimStack. We do not claim any ownership rights over your CSV data or the reports generated from it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
TrimStack's reports are generated automatically using pattern-matching algorithms. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any report. Always verify findings before taking action.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrimStack and Polsia Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any financial decisions made based on reports generated by TrimStack.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
